Thigh is numb after icing hip flexor injury? - hip flexor injury
I hurt my hip flexor in a race the other day and immediately put ice on the ground.
I do not know if it was because he, or when the pressure was too much on the ground, but my leg was numb, and yet this morning, the feeling again.
(no pain or tingling, numbness only)

The area around a wound is not sensitive is a common response of the body to pain. That should go, but if it continues so, you should consult a physician.
